I was sceptical to purchase this product as wanted something that would easy to use but create a coffee shop style coffee and I'm very pleased I went with the purchase! The instructions were displayed on the coffee machine screen and made it very easy to understand how to dial in your first coffee. It did take around 5-6 coffees to get the grind size correct but I haven't had to touch the settings since. My partner has this machine but it appears they have upgraded this model as the drip tray now has a protective cover and the milk wand has a red band inside. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this machine to my friends and family!
