really pleased with this new Hotpoint oven looks really classy and modern controls are actually very easy to use but its worth following the instructions for the first time it was definitely worth paying a bit extra for the series 4 oven as the difference in quality is obviously better on the series 4 came with two metal trays a shallow one and a deeper one plus a grill wire insert but only one wire shelf so my only negative point is that a second wire shelf would have been useful

Worked really well for Christmas cooking. Large and even heat. Only draw back is the controls as they aren't the easiest to learn but after a few tests runs we got a setting we liked for most foods.

Installation was very easy. Instructions are straightforward and easy to understand. The oven looks like it should cost considerably more and performs likewise. I highly recommend this product and manufacturer. Had a Beko before, it wasn't much more than nasty scrap metal.

This is a beautiful looking oven and has many features I have never come across before. So far the one I have used the most it the preheating setting which heats the oven faster than I have seen before. It can be used as a proving drawer which even though I don't bake bread I might now give it a go. There is a count down and a count up timer so you know how long it has been on for. It has a cleaning function to help you clean the oven which I haven't tried yet, but I am sort of looking forward to giving a go (weird I know). All this and it has an A+ power rating.

nice oven slightly a bit technical to use if your old school but very nice

Was looking for a replacement oven and had specific criteria for replacement product. All the information provided for this single oven was informative and the product covered all my needs. Size, number of racks, functions and the fact it came with a 13amp plug meant I didn't need an electrician. When oven arrived I could see it was exactly as I expected, sleek look, great build and easy to install. Took some reading of the instructions to get the gist of how to operate it. I have since used the grill function, forced air and conventional oven settings with no problems what so ever. One week after installation I attempted my first roast dinner in the new oven. Plenty of space, ease of use and managed to produce a first class roast with no issues. Only time will tell but so far so good. Excellent product and I am glad that I made the purchase.

Miss not have a timer clock you can use without switching on the oven.

This oven is now fitted and in full use and so far is proving an excellent product easy to use and producing very nicely cooked foods. It is supplied with 2 trays (a drip tray and baking tray), one grill pan set and one wire shelf. Our older oven had 2 wire shelves but this comes with only one. We like the pre heat function that raises the temperature to the required heat and then gives an audible ping to let you know to place the food in the oven at the desired temperature. A time will appear showing how long the food has been heating or you can set the end cooking time as well. It has several functions as follows: Conventional: Any dish can be cooked but on one shelf only Grill: Wire shelf for grilling steaks, kebabs vegetables etc. Drip tray filled with some water can be used to place below the wire shelf to collect the cooking juices Forced Air: This is the important one that we use the most, we do our Thursday fish and chips with breaded mushrooms and puffs all together on max 3 different shelves at the same time and same temp. The odour's don't transfer from one food to the other. we also do the Sunday lunch pizza, kiesh and garlic bread. We have also cooked cottage pies and Sheppard's pies, very good!! Convection Bake: For cooking meat, baking cakes but on one shelf only. It gently circulates the air so the food does not dry out. There are many other automatic functions like Casserole, Meat, Maxi Cooking (auto select temp for cooking), Bread, Pizza, Pastry Cakes etc In addition there are also special functions for Fast Preheating, Turbo Grill, Eco, Keep warm, Rising that we are yet to use. One very important reason why we also bought this particular oven is has a function "Diamond Clean" whereby a cleaning cycle releases steam at low temp to remove dirt and food residues. Overall 5 star for this model from us!
