Swan brand always great never lets you down the shape of the kettle is good as it’s handle let’s you grip it well The lid stays firmly in place and didn’t drop off as some do

Item is retro looking and light weight. Easy to lift not advisable to lift off the lid when not long been boiled but overall a lovely looking kettle and serves its purpose.

Looks great but after it boils and you tip it to pour water out - steam comes out of the on/off switch and burns your hand. Swan say this is not a fault. AO were really good and exchanged it without question after SWAN confirmed this was not a fault. VERY DANGEROUS - DONT BUY

Capacity of the kettle is a little small but looks good.

Great kettle that does what a kettle does and fast. I gave it four stars as the lid is a bit stiff and being metal if you need to refill after boil it's rather hot to remove.
