So far so good . Kettle looks great and boils quickly. No bad points really although lid handle does get hot at times. Looks good in my " new" kitchen.

Looks great. Not the best design. Leaks a lot when pouring a cuppa. Its not got a fault, its a design flaw. Shame really because it looks fab!!

Had this a couple of weeks now. Great Kettle, it’s a nice size which doesn’t dominate the work top like my previous kettle did, pours easily with weight not an issue as some can feel quite heavy. So pleased with style, design, thank you Swan!

The kettle looks fine but the colour is actually a mint green and not a sage green as in the picture - what we wanted. Not a problem. Let's return it for a refund. Thirteen pounds and fifty pence to return it! What a swizz. So we are stuck with a mint green kettle in a box and £40 out of pocket to boot. Oh well, lesson learned. .............

Poorly manufactured, only a few weeks old and seems to be rusting at the base of the kettle.

Swan are an established kitchen appliance company who on the face of it offer a 2 years guarantee. If the product becomes faulty as mine did,it advises contacting their customer service department. When I did this due to a quality issue I was told to contact the supplier,interestingly the supplier was surprised by this response but immediately arranged a replacement and collection of the said product. Poor service from Swan,thankfully the situation was resolved to my complete satisfaction .

The cream paint work is oversprated on the silver trim. Resulting in a poor finish. Which is disappointing when you buy something new.

Lets steam out around the switch and the top of the handle when pouring, and quickly had rusty looking limescale around edges. Not a good kettle. Bought in February and already looking for a replacement.
