The whole process was fast and easy. Instead riders the coffee machine and had it two days later. AO do this great thing of having their driver phone you when they are ten minutes away. Very happy with the coffee machine too.

Makes wonderful coffee. This little machine is no fuss making coffee that is lovely at a fraction of the price of other machines. Very simple to use. Wouldn’t be without it.

This is a really great value compact coffee machine. Aesthetically it's obviously brilliant and the functionality backs it up. It heats up in a couple of minutes and the steam pressure is really good on the steam arm. Easy to clean and generally a great home coffee machine

By no means is this machine meant to stand toe to toe with the £500 hobbyist machines. This machine is a great start for someone who wants a better coffee at home or someone who wants to get into coffee making as a hobby.
