I got it as a present for my parents Christmas and it’s absolutely beautiful! They are going to love it!! Such good value for money:)

I was so pleased with the value and quality of the coffee maker that I bought another one to store in the loft. The delivery was also excellent with more or less next day at no extra cost.

This is the third machine I have had over time and I feel represents the best value on the market. Easy to use. The only negative thing (which is apparent on many machines on the market) is the inability to fit a standard size mug under the expresso filter. A small price to pay for an otherwise great machine.

A lovely little machine, looks great and does make a nice coffee! Bit smaller and lighter than what I was expecting, and doesn't come with any way to measure the temperature of the milk, or anything to steam it in, so a separate shopping trip may be required. All in all though I'm pleased with the purchase.

Awaiting our new kitchen to be installed but on the look, colour and the size of the product, we have given it 5 stars. Another comment to follow on using it. Thank you.

Great machine and lovely colour, Easy to use and easy to clean; heats quickly and gives a nice froth on espresso. Needs a bit of practice to judge the right amount of milk (because you need to use your own jug) but overall it's a wonderful start to hard day's work:)

I expect this to work well for more than 3 years (because the warranty lasts that long!) and have only had it for a week. So all I can say is that the instructions are written in a way that suggests that they knew what they were doing when they designed it (unlike the well known supermarket own brand design it replaced - that self destructed in 23 weeks!). From new it works well but even the previous one managed to achieve that. It looks smart and the colour is more subtle than some photos (which is good). It looks like enamelled metal but is plastic and it feels odd, probably because your mind says it should feel like metal. Ask me again in 3 years!
