Very easy to use and clean. Compact and fits in the kitchen well and make a great cup of coffee. Would recommend to anyone.

In the times of isolation we are missing a good coffee, until now. Does the job perfectly

I am a barista, therefore I was very excited to receive this product and make barista style coffee from home. It looks absolutely beautiful, however due to the small size, it is quite complicated to use, especially when wanting to make coffee one after the other. You also have to stop the espresso from running yourself, rather than it just stopping itself, which has lead to some weaker coffee- which wasn't mentioned in the description of the product. The steaming wand is also extremely short, which makes it very difficult to steam milk with little foam and has lead to me having to put more milk in a jug just so that the steamer reaches the milk- leading to waste. Overall the product looks good and makes a decent coffee, but very fiddly and difficult to use.

Have only had it for a week and so far we are impressed. Whilst we did have to sit down and properly read the instructions, having done that we find it easy to use. So far it makes consistently good tasting espresso coffee. We don't use the smaller filter at all, because we tend to use the big one to make two cups at once. The milk frother is very effective and makes a nice cappuccino. After making coffee it does sometimes drip into the tray for a few minutes after, but the tray is easy to take off and clean. It also comes with a little brush to brush the coffee away from just inside of the machine as we once could smell something funny (and it was making a fizzing noise) and I think it's because we hadn't realised you need to brush away the old coffee and the machine was hot. It takes about 3-5 mins to heat up, make a couple of cappuchinos and clean. We do live in a hard water area and will need to de-scale it every few weeks so hopefully this is easy also. Overall, so far it's a good machine for it's price however we don't have anything to compare it to as it's our first espresso machine.

Great, compact machine. We only have a small kitchen but were craving decent coffees at home. This has done the trick!

Love the look of this machine, but looks without function would be useless. Thankfully that isn't the case here, it makes a really nice hot coffee and the frother arm does the job quickly on your milk. Very happy with my purchase

Was a little worried it would be a case of style over substance but makes a really good quality espresso. Slightly smaller than I was expecting but this worked out better really for the size of my kitchen. Needs bottled water where I live as the water is very hard.
