Looks good. Fits retro design. Colour range fine. A little fiddly when first making coffee. Is it heat milk first or coffee into cup first. Did watch videos online to find out more. We decided heat milk first. Caution there is one video where demonstrator makes a lot of mess which, had I seen prior to purchase, would have put me off. Happy to say No mess when I make the coffee Overall I am pleased with product. Good value for money.

This machine looks classy in any kitchen. It’s compact and isn’t too clunky. It has features that only more expensive machines would usually have which makes this machine a lovely surprise. The only thing is I can see where they have saved costs when it comes to the steam knob which is a bit stiff and not the best quality. Overall thought very good machine for price, you’ll struggle to get anywhere near it for under £100. Thank you Swan

Great item, fairly easy to use. Bit more light weight than I was expecting and feels a little flimsy when trying to lock porta filter on it. Looks great on the kitchen side and makes great coffee.

Looks good, easy to use, good value for money. You just need to get used to it and get organised to avoid making any mess.
