Very easy to use, great little appliance

The product did not always heat the milk but always frothed it. It was necessary to operate the on/off button several times to ensure that the milk was heated. The unit was replaced and initially it behaved as the first unit, however after several operations it seems to now operate correctly. When the unit works it produces large volumes of frothy milk. Do not over fill the jug because the froth will spill over the rim. Overall I am pleased wit the product.

Works perfectly, every bit as good as moor expensive models

Used a few times and it worked to perfection but this lasted only a few days. Now it froths in a chaotic way, the foam is small and it overheats the milk to the point of burning.

A good bit of kit, warms milk in a minute and adds a nice froth.
