Overall build quality is excellent as you would expect from Bosch! Looks very sleek even if it is Dishwasher! You can fully adjust both baskets and the top variable tray to accommodate most plates etc and you even have soft rubber holders to protect those priceless wine glasses! On that note, a portion of the top variable tray will slide to the left to allow tall glasses to be placed in the middle basket while still using the top tray for utensils etc. Very cool feature! That being said, the top tray can be completely removed and you do still get a ‘normal’ utensil basket thankfully! There’s also a targeted ‘turbo’ wash feature in the middle basket which will help clean small badly soiled pans, freeing up some room in the bottom basket for more plates etc. You can also connect it to WiFi and it will guide you through the initial set up very easily (how hard the water is, how much rinse aid to use). You’ll also receive an alert when its finished, even though you will notice as the door pops open to “air dry”, another cool feature! If you do have some large plates, baking trays, large pots, cooker grills etc then you can completely remove the middle basket and insert the “baking tray sprayer” thus allowing you to use the bottom basket for the large items and still using the top tray for utensils etc. Overall, very pleased with this one and its build quality, many features and versatility!

Disappointed that it will not accept what I regard as normal sized dinner plates. The rotor catches as you spin it, even with the top shelf at its highest position. My old Neff could accommodate them easily. Looks good in stainless though but aesthetics doesn’t clean the dishes. Also, who needs to be able to control the thing with a phone app? Bizarre!

It’s a dishwasher, it is very quiet, it looks well designed and was easy to install . The app looks completely pointless, why do you need to know your dishwasher has finished wherever you are? I know, while I’m having a coffee while out shopping I’ll just check to see if the dishwasher is OK! I don’t think there’s much point in a review just after you have bought it. I expect it to last at least 10 years so ask me again in 2032 .

This dishwasher is fabulous! We had a series4 model that decided after 8 years of use daily (sometimes more) that it had had enough. Once again I researched dishwashers and Bosch was always my choice not only due to the wear and tear they take but the fabulously clean pots, pans and plates that come out of them. This version is very much improved, more space for plates, the handy cutlery basket, also improved by not being fixed in place, but with the addition of a top rack for bigger kitchen utensils with a slider to make way for taller items underneath. The control panel is situated at the top of the door and the programmes it offers are far superior to any other in my opinion. It is extremely easy to set up and very easy to select which programme suits your washing needs. It has a door open function to aid drying the dishes once it's finished which it does automatically and silently...it also serves as a reminder that its ready to be emptied! The stainless steel (inox) is beautiful and gives an additonal appeal to choosing this amazing machine. 10 out of 10 all round with the addition of it being virtually silent while working hard!

Have had Bosch appliances in the past and have always been impressed with their longevity and availability of parts if something does go wrong, so we didn't look any further when we decided our old 18-year-old model was due for an upgrade. The stainless steel finish looks very modern and stylish alongside our other appliances and there are a lot of different programmes and add-on features, making it flexible for every size and type of load you can think of. It is much quieter than our previous model and we haven't had to use the 'silence' mode yet because it is so quiet! The cycle times do seem a bit longer than our old machine but there are settings to speed it up slightly ('speed perfect' seems to reduce the average 'auto' wash time from 2h 45 to 2h 15) and it's not a problem as long as you remember to put it on in plenty of time before you'll need the pots and pans! It's probably worth the extra time to get a better and more efficient and quieter clean, even at the lower temperatures. The adjustable shelves are great for accommodating even large dishes and the top drawer is useful for utensils, which we previously had to balance on top of other cups & glasses, so I think it gets them cleaner. I was worried about our taller wine glasses and pint glasses until I realised you can slide a section of the top shelf over. They really have thought of everything! I'm yet to use the baking sheet spray head but it looks like a really useful feature that will save me hours of scrubbing at the sink. I also like having the separate cutlery basket, as I know other models have a cutlery shelf on the top drawer, but I prefer the basket because it's easier for loading and unloading if you have a lot of cutlery. Being able to switch it on remotely via the app or Home Assistant is a bit of a gimmick because you obviously need to be there to put the tablet in and close the door and there is already a built-in "starts in" timer feature, so you can set it for when you want it to start, but the app is useful for changing the water hardness and rinse aid settings, seeing where the wash is in the cycle and letting you know when the programme has finished. I also have to admit to enjoying saying "Hey, Google, start the dishwasher" and watching it spur into action!

I chose Bosch once again as I’ve been very happy with my previous purchases of Bosch appliances. Also, I liked the traditional layout of my previous dishwasher (including the cutlery basket) and this new one is very similar but has added capacity with the extra top basket with the lower baskets offering just as much capacity as my previous machine. This machine is so silent and at first we thought it wasn’t working! It was and is working very well. It is energy rated C, it looks great and it has all the programmes I will need and more. I particularly like the ‘efficient dry’, the ‘half load’ and the ‘machine care’ functions, which are new for me. It has other well designed features like the sliding basket on top shelf to allow long stemmed glasses to fit in on shelf below. am very unlikely to want to operate the machine remotely using wifi but I will set it up just in case I change my mind.

We're very happy with this dishwasher. It's quiet, cleans well, looks great and the 3 shelves are a life saver! Everything fits well, and if the wine glasses are too tall to fit with the top shelf in the way, you can just shift the edge of the top shelf into the middle so that it's out of the way. Very clever! Definitely worth the money.

Very pleased with my new dishwasher my last Bosch lasted 18 years.the delivery men were very helpful on fitting in new one.and also keeping me informed on delivery times so 10/10 for them thanks .dishwasher is very good quiet I had to check it was on
