delivery service was awful Ive contacted AO by email and still not replied to me 2 days later despite saying within 24hrs

I bought this dishwasher 9 months ago and the ingeenier has to change the part today. I spent 400 pound and after short periods it went through repair. The customer service did nothing and I used the warranty of manufactur for repair. I expected at least it works 2-3 year before repair would be require.

I bought this dishwasher in August 20 and the red light of tab is flashing now . It doesn't dry the dishes anymore and I tried to contact Bosch customer service and they said their system is down and she can not arrange service booking. I was thinking Bosch is good brand but I'm so disappointed.

This was an excellent dishwasher however I was expecting it to last longer than 3 years. The repair cost is over £200.

The product is great but AO employ cowboy fitters who failed to attach the drainage hose to my plumbing. They just hooked it over the top of other pipes. Told me the machine was working fine, but when I used it, it flooded my kitchen! Utter incompetence on the part of the fitters. I won't be buying from AO ever again!

washes well on Eco BUT not enough flat room for cups, mugs, bowls. Cannot re-locate pronged areas (as is possible with the full size one I had before.) Booklet of instructions far too big to wade through.

Firstly, washing quality is good so far so no complaints there, however there are a few niggles about the machine itself. Rinse aid leaks out of the bottom of the dispenser, the plate-holding pins at the rear of the lower drawer don't fold down like the old Classixx / Serie 2 range did allowing for bigger items, and the door also feels extremely "lightweight" compared to previous those Bosch models. All in all, quite surprising for a usually-satisfied long-term Bosch customer. I don't really see a massive advantage of the mobile app either, given that you have to enable remote start while standing next to the machine, it alerts you about low-rinse aid at 2am, and really it feels that Bosch have compromised on the build quality to introduce this not-very-useful feature while keeping the same price point. Disappointing.

Excellent washing performance BUT you need to push 6 (yes six!) buttons to start one express programme.........
