As ever, this new Bosch slimline dishwasher is very very good at washing dishes! It looks good and runs quietly. My previous cheaper make of dishwasher simply didn't clean things very well and had become increasingly inefficient and erratic ... like it would run through a complete cycle but not actually manage to dissolve the dishwasher tab, let alone clean my plates ... so it's just miraculous to open up the new Bosch and find everything so clean and shiny and dry! I am, by the way, both lazy and ecologically minded, so I never get round to adding 'special salt' or 'rinse aid' to the wash ... and I only use half a dishwasher tab ( it's not good for my sensitive septic tank ) ... but, despite these little challenges, the Bosch still produces plates and cutlery and glasses which are beautifully clean & shiny. My only small criticism is that I would like the option of a very quick wash at less than 65 degrees, which is not an option on this model, but its slow Eco mode cleans very very well and there is usually no particular rush for completion. From previous experience, Bosch usually outlasts other makes ... but I will have no way of assessing this until I've actually used it for the next 3 ... 5 ... 7 years?! Here's hoping the new Bosch lives up to the reliability of my previous Bosch machines.

I bought this compact dishwasher to replace my old bosch. The old one was only 5 years old and the pump went. The new one is a massive improvement. They have redesigned the area where you set the programme - the buttons don't stick out now - and it is SO quiet that we can run it at night without being woken by the noise as was the situation with the old one. You can turn it one remotely as it is connected to the wifi.
