The cutlery rack is a terrible design. It means you can't fit glasses onto the top shelf. Completely impracticable.

I'd expected better build quality at the price. I think Bosch can do much better. The reduction in noise on regular wash cycles in comparison to the 12 year old cheap and cheerful model it replaces is negligible. On the control panel, light bleeds from one button to those next to it. When depressing a button, those directly next to it flex and move also. In general, the buttons feel cheap and not long lasting. When opening the door, the mechanism has an irritating rattle from new. The height of the unit is very short in comparison to standard UK work top heights meaning it will need to be raised up via additional floor boards or timber so it can be mounted pressed up to the bottom of the work top surface. The feet don't actually extend enough to accomplish this. There's two issues because of this, firstly, the projected image onto the floor during operation looks fuzzy and lacks definition because its out of focus (the capability to adjust this would have been useful) and secondly a lot of space that could actually be utilised for larger internal area is just wasted. The accompanying installation instructions are difficult to understand and make what's quite a simple task unnecessarily hard. I found someone's Youtube video a lot more useful. It seems to wash better than the model it replaced though. As it stands, I wouldn't recommend anyone buys this. It's well overpriced and the build quality is below par for a machine of this cost.

Lots of features I probably will never use because there is an auto function! Seems well made and runs nice and quietly. Easy enough to self install too.

Working well so far - haven't used programmes other than eco at this stage so can't really score more as don't know how good they are. It's quiet and programming start time to take advantage of cheap overnight rates really useful. Only slight issue to date is the cutlery tray and top drawer very stiff -minor issue.

Excellent replacement for my old dishwasher fitted perfectly The separate tray for nice and forks is brilliant takes up less space inside the machine, meaning more space for plates It’s the same size as my old model I can fit far more plates into it I didn’t read in the description that it has a light projector to the floor that shows how long the dishwasher cycle is and what it’s doing, I think that’s the coolest thing about the machine

Great product. Minor issue is our dinner plates don’t fit in the bottom basket. A bit annoying.

Installation OK, although there is a bulky fitting on the end of the water supply hose so I had to enlarge some holes in the kitchen cabinets. Everything else went fine, and operation seems to be lacking in drama. Cutlery drawer could do with being a bit deeper; some items foul on the 'roof'. App connectivity works OK but I'm still not convinced it's necessary.

Good dishwasher--cleans well. Like the light on the floor that lets you know how much longer it will take. The size of it means that our large plates touch the layer above.
