The hob is great. Looks good, cleans easily and is fast to heat. Sometimes it's a bit too fast and I'm having to learn to use the smaller elements. BUT, the real stars were the installation team. I bought a fridge and this hob together and the team were super professional. They checked for gas leaks before and after installation, measured everything to make sure it would all work before they brought the kit in. I had an unrelated minor problem with sink. Nothing to do with AO, but the guy fixed it too while there. I can't praise them enough - I'm now sold on being an AO customer. Great job!

Excellent heat from wok burner. Irons are heavy and sturdy enough to ensure no accidents . Raised front lip prevents any spills affecting controls. Very good build quality

This replaced our old smeg hob that was in placed when we moved in to our home 10 years ago. We thought it was the right time to replace it as the ignition button was wearing and the knobs since we moved in we could not remove to wash it. It was ever a task to get it clean being enamel. In our old home when we replaced our new kitchen we had a stainless steel smeg but it was a 5 burner with a centre wok burner felt we should go for a 4 burner this time . It works just as good. With the wok. And we can fit another pot when the wok is on the burner which is a big plus. You can fit 4 different sizes pots (saucepans) on each the burner.Grt item. Big flames .very happy with it.?? Hving to ignite several times with the gas on is not my favourite thing. What we resolve to do is turn it down to min and ignite it . It works just as well as on full flame and you dont get as much gas out compared to the large flame when you are trying to ignite it. End up hving the hse smelling of gas initially when we tried it.?? But we learned. You can also light it with a match if you are really fussed about it.??

Delivered on time, as always! This is one of the best hobs I've owned. The controls are very precise, and easy to manage. Cleaning the hob is very easy, compared to some I've owned... everything comes apart without any difficulty...and goes back together the same lol. Fitting by the gas engineer entailed re-routing the gas supply to the hob, only because the gas fitting to the hob was in a different position, but I suppose that's not unusual? All in all, I'm pleased with my purchase.

The hob looks good, however one of the rings has suddenly turned a copper colour. Disappointed with AO, they have passed me onto Smeg and am still awaiting a reply? Would like this replacing as it was only installed a few weeks ago
