Lovely cooker, beautiful, easy to clean, lots of nice features and functions. The only reason I am not giving five stars is that it did not come with a manual, and the manual is only obtainable from the manufacturer in PDF form (52 pages) and is not very good manual in any case! We are therefore finding it quite challenging to figure out how to use the thing! There are some YouTube videos but we still can't work out all the oven functions. It's going to be a case of ongoing trial and error. I do think if a cooker is c£2K, the manufacturer could perhaps stretch to including a manual! Come on Stoves, show some customer care! Can't fault AO though, they were great to deal with.

Works very well. The hob is very quick to heat up the pans and the induction worked ok with all but one of our pans which is aluminium so non magnetic. The instruction booklet was poor but more re was available online. Overall very pleased and hope it will give a long service. Very pleased it’s made in the UK.

Really happy! We switched out a gas hob for this when our old cooker broke. Not cooked on induction before so taking a bit of getting used to it but impressed at the speed. Oven takes longer to heat up than our old one but we can also get used to that. Looks great and the telescopic shelves are brilliant.

Couldn't be happier with our purchase! Having switched from a gas hob to induction I'm really surprised how much quicker it is to cook! The fan ovens are great for baking and will save on energy usage, as we can just use the oven size that suits the task.

So far looks nice haven’t really used it yet no instructions had to get them off the internet for the price paid you think they would have been included delivery was great would recommend AO

Great range cooker. Hob is very responsive, and easy to use. Oven has lots of shelf positions, sliding runners for grill pan in each oven (use as roasting tin as well? not sure). Oven cooks true to temperature (made a great carrot cake). We replaced our old dual fuel range; this is so much easier to use and clean. Not the cheapest option, but a great investment and looks great. Doesn't it look nice! AO team were brilliant. delivered, installed and removed the od appliance, all hassle free.

So far, really pleased with this oven. The induction hob is simply magnificent - using the boost power will bring a pan of water to the boil quicker than a kettle. Plenty of opportunity for a gentle simmer on the lower power levels. Spacious ovens. The telescopic poles are lovely ... albeit they are difficult to reposition to another shelf - there is a knack - so persevere! Haven't tried baking cakes yet, but I anticipate perfection on this front and will update review accordingly if otherwise. One point to bear in mind is that AO delivery agent refused to take any packaging off the product in order to bring into the house - and with the packaging on it was less than 1cm too big to come through the (standard sized) front door. I had to have the product left outside and contacted my builders to pop over to bring it in. This is the complete opposite to another large appliance delivery with the same agent where they went over and above to get the the appliance inside - seems like it's the luck of the drawer with individual drivers.

This is a very good looking range especially the opaque glass when the ovens are off. The full height oven is excellent for access. We changed our ceramic range for the induction model when one of the burners was left on low with a glass container on it to dry out! It split in two when I moved it some time later. This coupled with the length of time ceramic stays hot convinced us to change. The sterling offers excellent value for money compared to others makes. We are delighted with it and the service AO provide.
