Excellent product for the price

This is my second steam generator iron, the water tank is small. I like the handle feature and its light to carry. The steam feature is delayed so doesn't get the creases out as quick but does the job

I've had a few steam generator irons at various price bands. So far I'm impressed with the iron. It's easy to use, gives off plenty of steam and makes ironing easy. The only down side is the anti-calc. I live in a hard water area and know from previous irons that the cartridge will need replacing frequently - at extra cost. Overall I would recommend, good quality, robust iron at a very fair price.

The box arrived very battered and as a consequence the iron casing had a little plastic piece broken. Contacted Customer Support and they offered a refund or to keep the iron but gave me some money back. Upon using the iron, I found it irons very well and the steam function is good. The iron casing and the water tank look quite cheap plastic. For the price it’s worth it.

Very good value the only slight problem is the power cord sticks into your wrist when being used I’m hoping that as it gets used it will start to lay down a bit but other than that small problem I am very happy with the iron and would recommend this iron to my friends and family
