This was only installed yesterday but it seems to work fine with lots of useful features. We especially like the flexible zone and the ease of cleaning. The automatic detection of which burner is to be used and use of the controls, will take a bit of time to learn after previously having a gas hob.

We have just replaced a 5 ring gas hob with a Neff Induction hob. The primary reasons for the change are that we now have solar power and as we are generating our own electricity are shifting from fossil fuels. The Neff hob is brilliant, very efficient and far easier to clean than our old gas hob. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Brilliant service ordered Saturday arrived very promptly by a very pleasant helpful delivery guy on the Monday. Would certainly use ao shaking and have recommended it to family and friends.

Hob excellent. But AO completely failed twice to install it just because the installer of the old hob had stuck the old hob down. AO claimed this made it impossible to remove. I found a local man who just got on and removed the old hob and fixed the new. AO installers deeply unimpressive.

Bit tricky making the switch to an induction hob from gas and making sure use right size of pan on right area but overall pleased with product. Looks smart and easy to wipe clean

It's a nice sized hob so you can get plenty of pans on the go at the same time, however, the expandable area (flexinduction zone) was advertised as being able to take a pan anywhere on it and it would automatically detect the size and adjust accordingly. I've personally had problems with this function and still am struggling to get it to work right. Plus changing the temperature I find a bit slow.

Fantastic hob. We've only just started exploring it but so far so brilliant. It has already stopped me from boiling my porridge over (a previously daily event). We spent the first day experimenting with pans of water, now I can confirm that a watched pot does indeed boil, really quickly. I'm looking forward to getting the griddle out for steak night. We were torn between this and a cheaper option and I'm so glad we went for this. A joy to use.

Hey so this is my second neff induction I loved it so much had to get same again unfortunately my oatner dropped a jar on it n it smashes but amazilnly still worked fine for another year so easy to use love the fact it boils in 20 secs from cold tap and surfaces are cool to touch almost instantly it also has a kids lock on and I can link the plates together to put larger saucepans on can fault it so would definitely recommend a neff induction hob thanks x
