If you want a simple to operate coffee machine that delivers a very good cup of coffee, this is the one. There are lots of types of coffee, chocolate and tea pods to choose from. Instructions are pictorial and not all that clear and would be better with some explanatory text.

I have been somewhat sceptical of coffee pod machines and always preferred to grind my own beans etc. However as this was on special offer I decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the coffee. However the main benefits arw the variety of products and that i can pick and choose a cup at a time. I purchased this tassimo over other products. I found that my previous coffee machine which was not very variety based. With my new purchase i have discovered that it is easy to buy refills from supermarkets which means i do not have to remember to go to the website and buy the refills specifically. All this convenience and ease to use I am very happy with it. The sleak lift up to place the pod is all to easy. It even has a place marked out so you place the pod in the exact place they want you to. Once more the bit that the cup rests on is designed perfectly and with thought. It has a hole big enough poke your finger through and lift the base up when you need to clean the base out. Overall a very thoughtful easy to use and variatal machine. Highly recommended. The only criticism is every two cups made i need to refil the water but i am sure that is standard and i just need to get used to doing that. Its not hard and the water container is easy to take out and place back in. where as my old machine had issues where you had to clip it in.

This machine is so easy to use. There is no need to boil the kettle, simply fill the water container snap in the pod and push the button, start to finish it takes no more than 60 seconds and you only boil exactly the amount of water you need for the drink you're making. Drinks are also very nice with good flavour coffee. If you have any doubts there are multiple YouTube videos explaining its function and showing how to use it.Keith

I have been looking into different coffee machines for so long I just could not make up my mind,I'm so glad that I picked this one it's stylish prefect size because I didn't what anythink too big,so over all I'm one happy customer and my son loves it too
