I have been using this machine for a few days now and purchased it on a recommendation. There were clear picture instructions on how to set it up to clean prior to use. It is easy and simple to use for your coffee or hot chocolate etc. A nice compact size if you are short on space. I got the black and cream model and it looks really nice. I am happy with this product and would recommend it to others.

My older model Tassimo gave in! The Happy model is just as compact, good for limited counter space. Simple to use and clean. Hopefully it will keep up with demand of morning coffees and hot chocolate.
