Nice machine, the instructions on how to use are not clear, it's all basic pictures no writing. Makes it a bit awkward to work out.

Well made however needs quite a lot of experiment to get enjoyable drinks, milk pods have a unique taste and coffee is really strong after 4 trials have now found the right variables for myself - so don't give up if you don't like the first cuppa out of the machine!

Love my machine and it looks beautiful on my kitchen side only bad thing I can say is the water bit is a bit small

Great price and pretty looking machine. . Does it’s job quickly I had a bit of difficulty with the pods I bought the forts time ( the frothy milk separate pods for cappuccino ) the others were ok so it must be a faulty pack.). Easy to use and I usually top up with boiling water from kettle for more warmth. All in all the machine is very good and customer service and delivery was excellent. Great Black Friday bargain and my first purchase from this company.
