I have only give this machine a three as the first time I used it I lifted the lid to take out the spent coffee pod and there was a big blue flash came from the back of the appliance and tripped the whole house, since then it has worked everytime so we will wait to see what happens next.

Good product,but pods are more expensive than I expected.

From the picking of the product to setting it up at home it has been the easiest experience ever will defo be shopping with AO again

Well made however needs quite a lot of experiment to get enjoyable drinks, milk pods have a unique taste and coffee is really strong after 4 trials have now found the right variables for myself - so don't give up if you don't like the first cuppa out of the machine!

So I purchased this to replace my old tassimo machine that gave up the ghost after five years!! This is not as sturdy and seems quite plastic in comparison to the old one. Had a few issues with some capsules leaking and one got stuck in the machine however I’ve persevered and even though a little noisy it seems to be working ok now although one huge issue is the size of the water container. It’s very small and constantly needs refilling. Sorry Bosch but the old version was better!!!!

I can try different types of coffee by just inserting different coffee pods and pressing 1 button. Convenient for a good coffee morning.
