This coffee machine is really easy to use, the only negative I have is that it does not make a really hot drink. I like my coffee extra hot, this produces drinking temperature coffee. Still really pleased with it though.

Bought as a replacement for our previous Tassimo machine (6 years old and leaking), this machine is more compact but with a much smaller water tank. However, it works well, is speedy and easy to clean.

I enjoy my new machine its fine if there is just one or two people the water tank is not so big.I find I have to press the calc button twice to fill the cup as it only fills half full .The baileys latte are the best I've found up to now its very easy to use and easy to clean for me as I am not the best with appliances of any kind.
