Ok but not as good as last model this does not give you size option that you can pick you have to manually fill to cup size makes it more fussy to use also lots of faulty pods coming through they split on side of foil and cover counetr and machine big clean up Cust service dont want to know about pod probs total waste of space poor customer service

I brought this as a present for my Son &Daughter in law as a house warming gift they absolutely love it. Being big coffee drinkers they can’t believe how much time this saves them in the morning. It’s so easy to use & delivers the perfect cup of coffee without the hassle of kettles etc. Now instead of buying another coffee on the way to work they use this incredible machine to make one & take it with them saving a lot of money & time.Now they don’t know how they managed without it. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants the perfect cup of coffee at a fantastic price.

The tassimo joy what a great machine bigger water tank at 1.4ltr it gives at least 3 full cups without the need to refill (all depending on your tipple).it makes a great costa latte in no time doesn't take up to much room on our work suface either . I'm so glad i bought this machine. And the usual great service from AO I.E. i knew to the hr when it was arriving which is also great to know
