Quick and easy to use with heat and strength settings. Doesn’t hold a lot of water because of the filter taking up room in the reservoir but could be used without the filter if this was a problem. I gave it 4 stars as I would rather use fresh milk rather than the uht creamer with the pods.

Good product with decent amount of setting options. Looks good on the kitchen worktop as well. Instructions were a bit limited though

Great options on customising how you like you're drink. Only negative for me is the length of the cable.

The Tassimo is stylish and reasonably compact - not a wow - more of an ooo! The only problem with this product is the instruction book which doesnt contain instructions - just pictures! Eventually binned it and figured it out for myself - come one Bosch written instructions please.

Purchased to replace an ageing 'Suny' and so far, so good. I much prefer having the larger water container again, but would query why the 'tech dosen't allow for an earlier warning of the water running out leaving me with only what amounts to a small quantity of coffee when it's already programmed for a medium ? (hence 1 star down) - maybe it's early days and I'll fathom out if I'm going 'du-lally' ! Nice, clean-lined looking machine with the added bonus of a Brita Filter compartment.

Great machine for the option to tweak your drink strength and heat but I find it awkward to fill up compared to other cheaper machines.

Very impressed. Only reason not given 5 stars is that the instruction leaflet is rubbish! Took a while to work it out, but all ok now thanks to Youtube! Real 'coffee shop' tasting drinks, and Tassimo offers lots of different flavours. Looking forward to trying them all.

Instructions are in German so very hard to follow diagrams, there really needs to be clear instructions in English. We chose this model as it has a decent size water tank, but it makes the machine slightly bulkier, Coffee is a big improvement on the previous brand we were buying, so overall pleased with purchase. Also good selection of coffee available.
