Seems really good quality and solidly built. Slightly uneven browning maybe

I ordered this toaster which was as fabulous but just to big for my kitchen. Called so.com couldn’t be more helpful refunded difference picked up toaster and replaced same day with smaller one. Highly recommend. So much so I went onto buy matching kettle and steam mop.

Looks fab, makes lovely toast, my only dislike is how fast it fires the cooked toast out, if you don't stand next to it to catch the toast when it is done it ends up on the floor or half way down the kitchen. Doesn't appear to make a difference whichever slot is used or the side of the bread. For such an expensive toaster this should not really happen.

Very nice design and looks classy, especially next to its kettle counterpart. Room for four slices. Heating levels are a bit off and anything above setting one chars the bread to a crisp.

Looks great - doesn't quite fit 4 slices of toast though! Good price when bought with the kettle

Bought this to go in our new kitchen and looks fab. Is very expensive for a toaster but it works well and really finished our kitchen.

I love the toaster it looks beautiful. The only down side is that it doesn’t toast completely even but you can’t have it all!

bought both the toaster and the kettle together both look stylish in my kitchen goes well with my other kitchen appliances
