Bought as a gift for our daughter in law. She says it's brilliant! They have quite a lot of lime in their water and this kettle helped to make the best cup of tea she's had for a long time.

Pros: very quick boiling especially when only for one or two cups. Very good build quality. Easy to use handle. Very easy to open lid and fill. Very easy temperature selection. Very cool on outside after boiling. Cons: not the quietest kettle but not stupidly noisy. Water level window sometimes difficult to see as it is behind the handle. Spout not the best design, have to pour slowly . Overall, the pros definitely outweigh the cons And would definitely recommend it. Nice looking as well in my opinion......for a kettle.

Love this kettle, not only does it look good but it feels well made & l especially like being able to adjust the temperature making it perfect for making green tea! So far l have not had any issues with the lid button not working as mentioned in other reviews but l have only had the kettle a couple of weeks so time will tell.
