A great TV with a well above average clarity screen for a really low price. It’s a decent smart TV with the key apps, fairly responsive interface and two remotes, one basic and one smart. Highly recommend it

Upon instillation a bar code label was on screen Spoke to customer services Advised to buy a label remover Did not want to try this in case I damaged the screen Spoke to another adviser who said to remove TV screen protective cover. Did this label was on cover All ok Why didn’t 1st adviser tell me before I went shopping looking for label remover ? TV Easy to install
