This telly is really great. Lots of apps to use, and easy enough to understand. Good tv guide too . Would highly recommend this product for anyone looking to purchase a new tv

Great TV, really easy to set up and works great.

Decent ‘entry level’ TV. I have always owned Samsung models for the bedrooms and this is perfect for that. Quite a lot of adjustment was required to get the desired brightness settings as the default is quite dim; I appreciate that settings are defaulted to be more eco-friendly but it doesn’t make for a good viewing experience when you first switch on and I like a more vivid picture, particularly when watching sports. The sound is basic but good enough and like with the picture can be adjusted to boost speech and offer a basic surround sound experience without the need for additional speakers or a sound bar. This TV is fairly light and was easy to mount on the wall by myself, but the power cable is fairly short so needed a bit of re-jigging to get it where it needed to be. Samsung remote controls are never particularly responsive and the one that comes with this model is no different. This TV has been setup for Sky multi-room so the primary remote we use is the Sky one, however the Samsung one is still required to adjust settings etc. Big praise to the AO delivery guys who were friendly and ensured a smooth drop, and even brought 2 AO teddy bears for the kids which was an unexpected but nice touch!
