Great picture and quality tv for a reasonable price.

Firstly, the contact and delivery team of AO.com was excellent. We had the tv unboxed and the set up was so easy. Literally plug and plug. The Samsung TV identified that Sky was our main input source and set itself up. The picture quality stands out as one of the best we’ve ever had. Only the other, both my wife and I said it felt like you could step into the tv and be part of the programme. I had other reviews on the tvs speakers as being one of the best and I certainly agree with that. We have a Samsung Sound bar that we had to buy to help out on the tv it has replaced. We had a Samsung Tv some 5 years ago that never faulted, so we are expecting just as good as loyal reliable service from this one. Easy online registration was made a breeze as the tv offers a QR to scan and register.

Excellent TV for a relatively low price. Good picture quality after a few tweaks to the display settings.

The YB I’d sleek and looks good, picture quality is great. The only problem is that Netflix does not always work on this TV, and when I looked into it it seems this is an issue was most Samsung TV’s which is disappointing. To make it work sometimes you have to unplug the TV and plug it in and that does the job, but you shouldn’t have to do that. This issue needs to be sorted by Samsung.
