TV was very easy to set up. Very impressed by the quality of the picture. Having higher spec Samsung tvs throughout the house was apprehensive at purchasing a much lower cost tv however delighted.

The vast majority of my home appliances are Samsung. I can guarantee the quality, ease of installation and use as well quality that lasts. My new TV is everything I had hoped for - high quality visuals and audio, range of built in apps and, I might add, a first rate supplier (AO.com.) I didn't pay through the nose either!

Loving this upgrade from our previous 55" Samsung - which is now in my son's room still going strong after 5 years! The new remote is very sleek and modern. This new model has a games area where you can play a multitude of the most popular games - with amazing graphics - and pairing it with controllers easily. Apparently the definition of a good TV is how it handles "black" in movies - this does so with zero distortion or pixelation. Throughly recommend and great value ??

Really loving our new 55" TV. It has replaced an old 32" one so it feels massive. The picture quality is excellent, especially the HD channels and streaming, and the interface is easy to use and intuitive. Setup was easy, and I love the added ability of being able to control it with my phone. Would definitely recommend.

Great TV, very easy to set up. Brilliant clarity of picture

I didn't realise how bad the picture had got on my old tv until I set my new one . WOW !!!!!!.Picture is unbelievable and the range of colours are amazing. I can now watch a night scene on a film during the day has couldn't before as too dark to make anything out. Plus the whole tv is much lighter and thinner than my old one.

AO were great, easy to pick my telly and delivers in within 48 hours, friendly crew came when they said they would, but the telly itself is not the best. It has a lot of glare, not even from the sun, just from our normal lightbulb in the room. Have to turn light off if watching some darker shows like Daredevil. The sound is all over the shop, music really loud, the dialogue too quiet. The features are good and the Samsung TV channel is good value. It’s just watching the tv has become annoying because my finger is always on the remote to turn noise up and down. We’ve always had Samsung TVs and have never had this problem before. We’ve tried fiddling around with the settings and can’t get the sound or picture right. Preferred my old one from 2015.
