easy to install & a great picture too standard remote plus a smart remote, but as we use Virgin remote, we need neither, but nice feature. good sound quality & happy with my choice

Arrived promptly and well packaged. The setup process was very straightforward, including linking to my WIfi and EE-TV set-top box. Only issue was a lack of SCART ports, so I had to buy an adapter cable to continue to use my old DVD player (so retro !).

Amazing TV for the price. Delivery was smooth and overall very satisfied.

Staff were helpful, contacted us in advance and the whole setup went very smoothly.

Had multiple problems with TV. First one broke down after a few months. Samsung support and technical advice were next to useless and basically refused to replace TV. AO stepped up and sent a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement arrived with a cracked screen. AO again replaced this TV and 3rd TV now working fine (touch wood). I can honestly say that I cannot fault AO at any point and without there intervention would have probably been left out to dry by Samsung who were that poor that I would not recommend ever buying any product from them ever again. Thankyou AO for being 5 star.

Superb smart TV, easy setup . Was able to get it all done within 15 minutes. What more could you ask for. Excellent company.
