Excellent hoover, carpets feel cleaner than they ever did!

I have always had a Dyson, but this V15 Detect is the best of the lot. I thought my house was clean and was absolutely amazed how much dust this hoover picked up when I first used it. Tools are easy to change and it is light to handle.

Excellent vacuum with a decent run time. Takes a bit of time to assemble and fit the wall hanger.

This vacuum certainly beats my old Gtech. It may be a bit heavier but it is so easy to use and does a great job of cleaning up any mess. It is not too bulky and glides under most furniture which my old one did not. It includes plenty of accessories so it’s ready for almost any job. I disconnect the tube and accessory and store them in a cupboard, the main body I then connect to the charging unit (screwed securely into the wall) to charge ready for next time. It gives all the information, and all the controls are located on the handle, so you know exactly how much run time is left (great). Emptying is also really easy and clean. The only negative is that it is very easy to touch the power button when not intending to and thus switching the machine on, the machine does stop as soon as the power button is released.

Good product as expected. A bit heavier than my old version which failed after 8 years, but this one is more powerful and has a far longer run time. The pet hair head works a treat on even ingrained dog beds, brilliant. And the fact that it will empty so easily is such a game changer, long overdue, yes, but it makes a huge difference.

The suction power is at an unthinkable level, first time using it there was multiple tank emptying from the embedded dust and hair my previous vacuum cleaner just wasn’t picking up. The green laser head, whilst can look like a gimmick, is actually really useful and does show me dirt / dust I wouldn’t see with my own eyes normally. Plus, it also makes it therapeutic when you no longer see dirt once it’s been cleaned. Comfortable to use, and battery life is okay, but not amazing, enough to get a couple of uses in my 1 bed apartment before a charge is required. Emptying the storage tank is really nice feature that it’s automatic and requires no hands to go into and collect stuff out, and has a good amount of volume in it as well.

Have had very little opportunity so far to give it a comprehensive thumbs up but suffice to say i am not at all disappointed with my experience. you know what you get with a Dyson
