Once I got it to English it’s been great! But it took a good few attempts & YouTube videos to get it to English. Looks sleeks, add wash is helpful when you forget a sock! Especially with children.

Great product, 2nd time I've bought a Samsung washer dryer and can't complain. This has the added bonus of the add wash feature which has been useful.

I purchased this washer dryer to save space within my small flat. It looks sleek, high end and runs like a dream. I actually had to double check I put the tumble dry cycle on correctly because it's so quiet when it runs. The capacity is fantastic and I had no issues setting it up - it's very user friendly so if you're impatient like me you can get by without reading set up instructions. It is without a doubt the best appliance I've ever owned. Great in open plan areas!

The machine looked amazing and we were really excited but unfortunately we hadn't realised that it was bigger than standard size (too deep for our work surfaces) so we had a swap for a different model. Gutted as would have loved the add wash feature.

Pros: having it in black/grey color to match our kitchen. it is quieter that our previous washing machine. option of shorter cycles. add wash option. ability to monitor and control it using the mobile app. the dryer works well Cons: it is quite deep and sticks out under the worktop. if you are washing more than 6Kg of cottons and more than 3 Kg of synthetics then you have to manually sort out the drying as the dryer capacity is lower than the washing capacity.

It really good product it runs quitely , you can use through your phone and that little addwash its just like a bonus to your everyday live.

It took me a second to get my head around the system but now that I have, I love it
