I have no regrets buying this. Honestly the best thing I've bought. So easy to use.

I’ve had this washing machine since January 2021. At first I was in love with everything about it. It washed my clothes brilliantly and it was so quiet. I never been able to successfully connect with the homewhiz app even though I contacted Ao who then told me to contact Beko. Beko had no idea how to connect themselves. I left it as it wasn’t a major issue for me now Fast forward to 10 months after having this machine. It leaks sometimes when there is a cycle on, it is very loud when spinning and occasionally when it’s washing. This is a big issue because I remember I used to double that the washing was on due to how quiet it was. Now it bangs terribly and scares my baby.

I tried to do a wash and dry cycle on one towel to test but still left the towel wet. I had to put it on a dry only setting to finish off. Total cycle time for one towel was like 7 hours....

Best looking washer dryer ever!!! Built a new bathroom and it is perfect for it. Not yet used it but the instructions are really simple so I am sure it will be great. I will let you know when its in action

The washing machine is amazing very happy, love the ease of being able to watch it from my phone and create my own washes and dries so it suits me, the washing comes out wonderfully clean no complaints with the actual machine, though we paid to have it installed by AO which they did but we spent a week without a useable washing machine as the guys did not take out a stopper in a pipe and we were warned that If we tampered with the machine it would void the warranty, AO refused to help as it was within beko's warranty and therefore we had to wait for a week for beko to come out, highly unprofessional from AO but that's not the washing machines fault.

Good, product. Cycles can be long but dries well. Less noisy than my last machine.
