I’m a little disappointed as It was a nice machine with a good range of programs available it’s just a shame that it developed a fault within 11 days of owning it! contacted A.O who put me in touch with the manufacturer who tried to blame everything but the real issue for the faults! Even when diagnosed having a faulty heating element by one of their engineers they still tried to blame how it was installed as the issue for the fault ??????????????. A.O helped me get a replacement of a different model which is far better quality and works as a washing machine should do and quietly too I must add.

Brilliant so many different wash cycles which I never knew I could use . Machine so quite love the look of the machine so much room in the drum Would definitely tell my family and friends about this fantastic machine 10 out of 10 from me x

Pleased with this machine, I especially like the stream/allergy program. To be fair it’s the only one I use (customised with a 40 degree wash and a 1400 spin). It is quiet. Like others have mentioned, the spin is ok for a line dry in summer but you need a second spin (add 12 mins) for a decent dryness for indoor drying in colder weather. The unpack instructions are in the booklet towards the end of the instructions- contrary to the sticker that says there are separate installation instructions- there aren’t. I was wrong footed by this when I got the machine (Hisense customer services could have been friendlier and a bit more helpful). Anyhow I self installed with no additional dramas. Like most people I stick to the same couple of programs and it’s so far so good. Plenty of choice for the program to suit you. Easy to use and a decent wash guide. Wash seems fresher and cleaner with less detergent residue, so a bit softer. So, it’ looks like a good buy so far. PLUS - laundry seems cleaner, quiet machine, good program choice MINUS - spin could be better but you can double spin WOULD I RECOMMEND? Yes, I like this product
