The delivery team was professional—disconnected and recycled the old machine, then set up and tested the new one quickly and efficiently. The Hisense WFQA8014EVJMT_TI is fantastic—great button controls (we prefer these over touchscreens), and it’s packed with useful features. The steam clean function is a game-changer, especially with a toddler in the house. It looks stylish with the black glass door, runs quietly, and seems energy-efficient (confirmed via our smart meter). Large 8kg drum, quick wash cycles, and auto dose features are also a plus. Overall, we’re really happy with the purchase!
