Having had my previous Bosch washing machine for 20+ years it was an obvious choice to upgrade to new version. Great looking product, it is quiet and so far the I-dos system is great. Very impressed so far…..

Lovely machine, great range of programmes. Delivered within 48hours of ordering. Polite efficient delivery from AO as always. No complaints

PROS - range of programmes, intelligent dosing for laundry liquid & conditioner, much quieter than old machine, 1400 spin cycle leaves clothes dryer than same speed on old machine. CONS - the programmes are very long (e.g. 3.5 hours for standard cotton programme)

The jury is still out Im afraid. I have done a couple of washes which seem fine but am having problems with the controls and also the machine just stops until i give the plug a good push, so I'm thinking that there may be a fault.

Only used machine twice but very pleased with it idos system is great ,machine washes well and is very quiet even when spinning.

It works!! However the instructions are difficult to understand and will take getting used to,

Absolutely excellent machine. I had had a few Beko machines in the past and always found them good but Bosch just absolutely blows them out of the water. This machine is so quiet and the clothes come out clean and fresh every time. I was unsure if the I-DOS feature would be more of a gimmick but, honestly, it is a game-changer. I had to replace my last machine because I was constantly over-dosing on detergent and softener. I was worried the I-DOS either wouldn't work as advertised or would not clean properly. I have had the machine for a couple of weeks (daily use) and I don't know if I could go back to a machine without i-DOS now.
