I love it. Hated my last washing machine so bought this and my laundry life is lovely now. 9kg is a great size and it has a great selection of programs. Looks great in my kitchen too. I have the matching dryer too. My washing basket is empty! Bought both from AO.com as they were the cheapest. We selected the delivery day and I had a text early morning with the time and it was delivered with care, within the stated time frame. Great stuff

I’ve had a couple of Hotpoints and a Bosch in the past but this is a fantastic washing machine and really worth the money. Easy DIY set up and numerous programs to choose from.

Good washer, good capacity, but would have liked more of the programmes to have the 1600 spin option.

Great looking washing machine with a large drum capacity and 1600 spin which leaves clothes dryer than my last machine which had a 1400 spin. Really quiet
