replaced my previous Miele washing machine after 22 years of sterling service to a family of 4. If came next day and was smiple to install. It works just great and l am very pleased. It spins faster and takes bigger load all the these days.

This Miele was an upgrade for my old 20 year old Miele. There's a reasonably good choice of wash, programs that can be tailored to suit your needs. I especially like the 'short' button which shortens cycles. The spinning cycle is so quiet. Two things I dislike are: The machine has no 52 minute mixed fabric cycle. I miss that. Secondly, a small puddle of fabric conditioner gets left in the drawer and needs wiping away each time. I'm very happy overall though. It looks very decent and solid.

Works a treat and very easy to install.

Easy to operate and quiet. I’ve had it a week now and tried several of the programmes. The Express 20 programme is great for a quicker wash, and I like that there’s an option to increase it from 20 minutes to 30 minutes. If I were to be picky I would like it to have an option to increase the spin speed from 1200 rpm to 1400 rpm on the Minimum Iron programme. That said, the 1200 spin does a great job (and there is a separate spin programme that does 1400) so still 5 stars! Overall, I’m very happy with this machine!

water stays in the feeder after the cycle; also water stays in the drum. Possibly draining issues, an engineer was called.

Miele is the best when it comes to washing machine. Our sheet have never looked so white! Good size, not too loud.

Much quieter than our old machine. Shirts are coming out with a lot less creasing. Overall really good improvement. Delivery guys were really great too.
