Fantastic washing machine. For me it was important to have a washing machine with a stainless steel *outer* drum and I contacted Miele who said all machines over £1,000 had this feature. It was daunting to spend so much money on a washing machine but so worth it. Our two washing machines were about 15-18 and 25-28 years old and this new Miele machine is so different. So quiet, so many programmes, the way it washes clothes with spinning action all through the wash, I love the textured honeycomb drum, so gentle on clothes. It is just a really high quality washing machine and I'm glad I bought it and highly recommend it.

This model is a replacement for the previous which lasted 18 years so we are looking forward to a similar life span. Quieter than previous. Pricey, but worth every penny. Miele build quality, simple t use, super quiet in operation. Yet to find a negative aspect to this machine.

My last Miele washing machine lasted for 17 years. 4 members of my family now have Miele washing machines due to their reliability. They may not be the cheapest but if my new one lasts as long, I'll be delighted. So far, I'm delighted by its performance.
