The first one that turned up was faulty, beko were absolutely useless, trying to claim it was an instillation error, even though it worked initially then just stopped working after two cycles, then they couldn’t get an engineer out for 10 days but AO stepped up and picked up the faulty one and delivered me a new one at a time and date that worked for me. The machine in itself (once it worked) is brilliant, very quiet, great quick wash settings and easy to use.

Does what it says. Clear instructions, simple to use, quiet and clothes , including whites clean and fresh

Lovely machine so simple to use, very quiet, no vibrations and particularly like the super quick setting. Would highly recommend, delivery was very quick.

Had a Beko before. Synthetics used to be a much shorter wash. Would like the choice of higher spin speeds on more programs. My previous machine had a large range of delay settings. It does work just as well though.

Great machine. Excellent value. Spin isn't quite as good as my previous 1200, but it's good enough. Delivery was careful and prompt. Very happy

Great washing machine at a good price. Our old Beko failed after 12 years of use so naturally we went for another Beko. The 9kg is a big improvement over our old 7kg machine as it is much easier to load with the larger door.

Nice looking does the job but sounds like an aeroplane it’s very loud
