We bought this model in early 2021. The rubber seal came away from drum already and even within year 1 Samsung would not pay for repair (every phone call is difficult in getting help and understanding staff at other end.....not good for UK customers). We eventually got funding from AO! Thanks to them. More generally, machine is v weight sensitive and a larger (normal) load can take hours on a run of the mill cotton wash! No good. Even a standard cotton wash takes nearly 1.5 hours! No good for time or electricity usage all important in the UK at this. No economy button (I really didn't think I'd need one in this day and age of environmental this and that) means that there is no way round this. I also have problems washing and spinning my rubber backed bath mat which once washed is too heavy for it - I mean a bath mat on its own? No good. I will not buy another Samsung washing machine after this disaster. I hope someone from Samsung picks this review up and does something about it?

Absolutely belting washer. The best thing is that you link it to smartthings and it will tell you what setting to use for different washes and it will tell you when you need to do a drum clean as well plus it tells how many watts the washer as used for easy wash. If you have a Samsung TV then it will pop up on TV when your washing cycle is done. One of the bestest washers I've had. Highly recommended.

Wonderful machine. Frustrated that the video that went along on the website showed an auto dosing system which it doesn’t have. Very quiet in my opinion. Other reviewers weren’t lying when they said the finish tune goes on too long… feels like a good 30 seconds… might get annoying. Looks wonderful, functions are great. I like the app as if you put in what items you are planning to wash it gives you the correct settings and sends them to the machine itself. As soon as you press play it uses those settings. App is accurate at notifying finishing time. Love to be lazy and look from wherever I am in the house how long it will be rather than to go to the machine and check!! Would buy again but wouldn’t buy from AO again as they had false advertising and wouldn’t correct the error other than to take the machine back and refund or give £35 back which ignores the inconvenience of waiting for the machine and it being wrong and the fact I had literally no clean clothes at that point and so couldn’t be without a machine for any longer. Feel they should of taken back the machine and given me a machine which had all of the functions this one did and the autodosing at no extra cost to myself as a solution to this as it was their fault they marketed it wrong.

So far so good, we work nights so we’re trying to sleep while it’s on, and we’ve been using the washing machine that’s in the house considerable more since last year, my partner is a carer so the machine is used very frequently, this is great because it’s quiet and allows us to sleep, if we’ve forgotten anything we just use the add wash feature and off we go, we can even program it to start whenever we want, giving us both a little bit more time to plan our day, overall great machine,

So far so good, lots of washing options, silent, very robust and nice ringtones

Great product however it would be even better if the inductions on the screen were in English and how to change the language could be found out other than looking up advice in the internet. Also we didn't find out we needed to calibrate the machine until we download a manual. Having said that a very good machine
