Constant fault of no water, however water is supplied to machine at pressure. As few washes went through before failed

Very easy to set up. Only used a couple of times so far but have been very impressed

The washing machine is great. Being elderly I found the digital side difficult, but I rang Samsung help line and they went through everything with me, and I know how to do everything on the machine. The delay wash is great as we like to put the washing on overnight, ready for when we get up in the morning. It is very quiet to run. One very good feature is that it steam cleans itself, you only have to turn the dial, so you don't get nasty smells in your machine or your washing, it also has a very good stain remover called ecobubble that has soap suds bubbling up through the holes in the drum, to lift the stains out of your washing before the machine starts the wash. As you may have realised I am very pleased with my machine

I love the new washing machine the spin is amazing so good. The washing was so well spun I even thought it hadn’t washed. The best machine I’ve had so far and there have been many. I like the fact you can add washing mud cycle. So far there is nothing I can find fault with

Early days, but it looks like a good choice: daughter is very happy about the add later feature. Machine is quiet and the installation was a breeze. Great range of settings.

Excellent buy. This product has not let me down. It’s very quiet which helps when I am working nights and cleans the washing with no issues. Like the bubble soak. Wi-fi enabled means I know when the wash is finished even when not at home. 5 stars and recommendations to others from me.

Great washing machine as long as your tech savvy if not then may be a little complicated. Build quality seem good though I have a slight issue with the draw as it’s a few mm out therefore doesn’t sit flush which due to the sleek minimalist design shouldn’t have this issue hence why I’ve give 4 stars not 5 … wash cycles are brilliant and can see the benefits of smart enabled so I can wash and stuff whilst on the go
