Would give it a 5 but I’m not keen on the plinky plonks noises and I used to love watching the washing going round and the add wash drawer stops this

Great washing machine as long as your tech savvy if not then may be a little complicated. Build quality seem good though I have a slight issue with the draw as it’s a few mm out therefore doesn’t sit flush which due to the sleek minimalist design shouldn’t have this issue hence why I’ve give 4 stars not 5 … wash cycles are brilliant and can see the benefits of smart enabled so I can wash and stuff whilst on the go

Really good washing machine, quieter than my last one and really helpful digital timer says how long is left on the wash. Also steam function really gets rid of creases. Got this one because I would forget odd sock so Wanted to be able to add washing mid way and have used that function once already.

This is a fantastic washing machine so quite and really good quality

Love my new washing machine, particularly getting notifications when the cycle has finished as it saves me a trip to the garage. It was also an unexpected bonus that we could link the machine with our Google Home Hub/Nest and ask how long is left until the washing is finished. There are lots of different cycles and the app helps you choose the right one for your load if you're not sure. It's also really easy to change the temperature of the wash, how many spins and how fast it spins. Having upgraded from a pretty old machine this was all very exciting! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is there are a few cosmetic issues (such as the detergent drawer not sitting flush when closed) which I wouldn't expect from Samsung. However, with the machine being in the garage this isn't such an issue for us.

We are thrilled with our purchase. So glad we did buy it. The service from a.o. was super. Great service all round. The machine is easy to use. Very quiet. Smart, and has exceeded expectations.
