Impressed - Smooth & Quiet Balances well on full spin, and even on full spin is fairly quiet Easy to set up the Smart internet connection - useful notification when its finished Ad-wash is great for that forgotten odd sock Machine plays long & annoying tune when finished - but I switched that off already

Very happy with the washing machine and your service was lmpeccable . Still getting use to the operating manual which I find is very sparse on instructions.

A very quiet machine to use and controls make it so easy to choose the right wash programme. Haven’t needed to use the add wash facility yet, but sure it won’t be long till we find that elusive sock which missed the main load.

Delighted with this product. Easy to use and much quieter than my previous washing machine. Being able to add clothes once cycle has started e.g. dropped socks etc is a bonus!

The washing machine is great. Being elderly I found the digital side difficult, but I rang Samsung help line and they went through everything with me, and I know how to do everything on the machine. The delay wash is great as we like to put the washing on overnight, ready for when we get up in the morning. It is very quiet to run. One very good feature is that it steam cleans itself, you only have to turn the dial, so you don't get nasty smells in your machine or your washing, it also has a very good stain remover called ecobubble that has soap suds bubbling up through the holes in the drum, to lift the stains out of your washing before the machine starts the wash. As you may have realised I am very pleased with my machine
