We love this product. It is very easy to use with a lot of options. It is energy efficient and can be water efficient. Has a lovely happy song when the cycle finishes. It is also a versatile colour and looks stylish as far as washing machines go.

I recently purchased this washing machine and have been mostly pleased with its performance. It's a solid 4 out of 5 for me. The machine handles different types of clothes efficiently and the washing quality is impressive. The only minor issue I encountered is with the fabric softener dispenser. It seems to take the softener immediately, which results in clothes not retaining the fresh scent by the end of the cycle. Some googling suggests this is by design for some Samsung machines. However, I found an easy workaround: just add the softener about 20 minutes before the cycle ends.
