Do not buy this washing machine. I bought it 15 months ago and it suddenly fell apart. Leaked water and the seal came away from the drum. I called Samsung support and they wanted to charge me for the repair. A machine should work for longer than 15 months without problems, my last washing machine lasted 17 years.

Very pleased with this machine. Saves on energy as shorter washing cycles & washes clothes well. Also v.quiet . Only bad point is like alot of washing machines it does not take washing powder well & clogs up the dispenser.o

Bought to replace a 10 year old quality German machine. Design has moved on over time and now Samsung have incorporated so much that is new plus some features unique to them. Most important are the use of brushless quiet and guaranteed for 10 yrs motors which combined with lower electricity use makes for a thoroughly modern eco friendly machine. In use it is noticeably quieter and the wash and spin performance are amazing. Would highly recommend.

I've not tried all the settings yet but I am loving this washing machine! The 5 year warranty with Samsung gave me piece of mind when purchasing and I like the look of it. Now I've used it a lot I can say I'm happy with how it performs and that it's much quieter than my old one! FYI you can turn the jingle tune off that plays when the cycle ends: press and hold the two wash and spin buttons till the crossed out bell icon appears. It's cute don't get me wrong, but it does go on a bit.

Sadly this has been quite disappointing. I was very much looking forward to receiving this machine and it had some great reviews. I have now had sometime to use the machine and it’s doesn’t live up to my expectations, I’ve actually found my old cheaper machine washed better. Items come out still dirty on the ‘mixed’ wash, most of the other cycles are very long or increase in time by double when you start the cycle. Sadly no option to shorten the cycle. My small items including colour catcher sheets always end up in the door seal covered in residue. My white washing is never very white even though I use the detergents I always have. My dark colours on the other hand have ended up fading. I do like you can adjust the temperature, washes, spin etc. also that it reminds you to do a drum clean and it is very quiet. If I had a choice I would not purchase this one again.

Doesn’t work and AO not interested will never use again

Three times my shirts were torn off. Complaints to Samsung, no feedback from them. Poor company. Strongly not recommend to buy
