I've not tried all the settings yet but I am loving this washing machine! The 5 year warranty with Samsung gave me piece of mind when purchasing and I like the look of it. Now I've used it a lot I can say I'm happy with how it performs and that it's much quieter than my old one! FYI you can turn the jingle tune off that plays when the cycle ends: press and hold the two wash and spin buttons till the crossed out bell icon appears. It's cute don't get me wrong, but it does go on a bit.

Great Washing machine but for one big design fault. I add powder to the drum before cloths & when the drums starts to spin it throws some of it in the gap between the seal & door. It also throws anything small within the same gab as soon as it first spins. Anything with a corded waist doesn't escape this either. I've had to throw away a pair of joggers purely because the cord has got entangled in that rubber seal! I've never had this problem even with cheap machines.

Product is great so far only complaint was AO quite pushy with selling additional insurance cover even though there is a 5 year manufacturer warranty

Great machine didn’t realise how old our current one was, clothes come out really dry so saves electricity for the tumble, only reason it’s not got 5 * is the bloody thing sings a 30 second song when finished the wife loves it but it niggles me,

Super quick 15 minute wash, very handy wash time display, plays some nice tunes ?? on startup and wash cycle completion. Easy install, pleasing to look at, easy to master the control user interface.

So far, so good. It looks good and delivers everything that it promises. It takes a bit of getting used to that the washing machine"thinks for itself" as it will adjust the length of time of the program after it has tested the weight of the load. It has both increased and decreased the timing.

I love my new washing machine with its many different programmes. I didn’t notice that the outflow pipe was blocking the outflow. The machine stopped, played a tune and indicated the problem on the screen. I like the eco wash and the delicates wash which is a big saving and does not ruin my delicate items. I didn’t want an all singing and dancing machine as long as it washed everything beautifully. I was delighted when the washing machine had completed the cycle it played a “tune”. My husband was always switching off my old machine, sometimes before it had even finished the cycle, causing me to be very cross. Now my new washing machine stops, plays a tune and best of all, switches itself off. It washes beautifully, saves on water and electricity, so I have a very happy husband and of course, me! I whole heartedly recommend this Samsung washing machine to everyone. There is nothing I don’t like about this washing machine.

The product itself is great however was damaged in transit rhe washer door was scraped and had to be replaced. It has been replaced had no follow up worh customer service since
