Very quiet easy to use wife loves it. Was taking her ages down the river with a wash board and the heavy wet clothes were so times too much to carry so she had to make two trips. If she did this my tea wasn't cooked when I got in from work

The machine is working well and very quiet and does what it's supposed to do. It helps to make the right choice for the washing cycle and is very efficient and easy to use. I made a very good choice when I chose this particular Samsung Washing Machine. I like the way it senses the washing weight and distribution of the load and adjusts it accordingly. The spin and washing action are very quiet and the spin practically dries the load well. There are no dislikes to this machine. I would buy another one if the need arises but hopefully it will not be necessary for that. Ao. Com. Are a very efficient and helpful company to purchase white goods from and will help you any way that they can. I will always be using the for my electrical goods.

I purchased this Samsung model to replace a similar one which had lasted over 8 years. I can honestly say the updated version is even better than the older model. Love all the things it can do to make life easier. The easy iron addition is fab as is the ecobubble. It was worth the purchase to watch my hubbie dance around the kitchen to the end tune! Also fantastic customer service by AO, can’t fault them.

The washing machine is great in the graphite colour and fits in well with our dove grey kitchen. My husband fitted the washing machine which was very easy to do. I have only used it a couple of times so far but it is very quiet when washing and when spinning. There is a good selection of programmes which should cater for most people. I like the fact that there is a rinse and spin only programme as well. I bought this machine after carefully comparing it with other makes as it was the most economical to run in regards to electricity and water used

Brilliant machine very quiet and extremely economical it weighs what you have in the machine and adjusts the time and water needed to do the wash I would definitely recommend this machine and so glad we got it
