Customer services is fine. I was then rung by a man trying to talk me and indeed making me believe I had taken out insurance. Machine on unpacking had a dent 1cm or more in the back. Been trying to get somewhere with compensation which seems hard to get a fair sum. A lot of hassle really due to dent so can’t say much more. Issue over dent and fact I have to line up sale of my old machine with a fitter and new machine installation is now a headache with ao. Not wanting to compensate in full. ???????

The product itself is great however was damaged in transit rhe washer door was scraped and had to be replaced. It has been replaced had no follow up worh customer service since

looks good and is quiet but there is one thing that is extremely frustrating! almost every washing at least one sock, parts of underwear or anything small get stack in the seal between drum and and door. The item is not washed and spinned so you have to hand wash it. Sometimes the washing capsule gets there, so you waste water, energy and time for washing without a detergent. Extremly dissapointed and shocked that something so basic was missed when designing the product.

We installed it perfectly. Totally horizontal surface. No vibration. But as soon as this machine goes into spin mode the drum inside vibrates very violently and shrieks at us incredibly loudly. I wish I could post a video. We are trying to get it looked at by Samsung. Failing that we will try to return it to AO. My first and last ever Samsung

We have had it five days. At low speeds it makes this horrifically loud shrieking noise. Like metal on metal. I cannot loud a video to show just how loud it is. But trust me you would not enjoy it in your home.

A good wash but having issues with cycle length. Cottons wash starts at 1h 25m then you come back after a while and it has gone up to 3h+!

Ok machine. But the spin onnit was terrible. Had to vhanfe it twice & niw have a Hairer which is brilliant.

Sadly this has been quite disappointing. I was very much looking forward to receiving this machine and it had some great reviews. I have now had sometime to use the machine and it’s doesn’t live up to my expectations, I’ve actually found my old cheaper machine washed better. Items come out still dirty on the ‘mixed’ wash, most of the other cycles are very long or increase in time by double when you start the cycle. Sadly no option to shorten the cycle. My small items including colour catcher sheets always end up in the door seal covered in residue. My white washing is never very white even though I use the detergents I always have. My dark colours on the other hand have ended up fading. I do like you can adjust the temperature, washes, spin etc. also that it reminds you to do a drum clean and it is very quiet. If I had a choice I would not purchase this one again.
