The washing machine itself is brilliant, however the water intake hose had 5 holes in it, and we didn’t realised until it was all in place and connected, and the water leaked all over the bathroom. Better quality check would be great! ??

It isn’t that quiet. Other than that it washes the clothes ok. Nothing special

Seems ok but I found the instruction manual hard to follow so have washed everything on the default eco programme, which does the job but is very long. The black door is a bit ugly and stands out more than expected but think I'll get used to it, just very different to old one.

Some off the program take long that the old one and the clothes are wetter that the old one l had. Same model!!!!

I recently purchased this washing machine and have been mostly pleased with its performance. It's a solid 4 out of 5 for me. The machine handles different types of clothes efficiently and the washing quality is impressive. The only minor issue I encountered is with the fabric softener dispenser. It seems to take the softener immediately, which results in clothes not retaining the fresh scent by the end of the cycle. Some googling suggests this is by design for some Samsung machines. However, I found an easy workaround: just add the softener about 20 minutes before the cycle ends.

A bit early for a full review but we bought this to replace an older version of the same model which we used just about every day for eight years. The new one seems just as good as the old. Very user friendly.

Bought to replace a previous Samsung that I had had for over 5 years and which I had been very pleased with. But sadly the motherboard started to malfunction with it and it was more cost effective to replace than repair! I do not think this machine is as good as my previous model. I find the wash times are incredibly long especially on the cotton setting, it weighs the washing then decides how long it will take so the initial time displayed when it starts can increase significantly. I think 3.5 hours to do a load is ridiculous so most of our garments are put on “mixed load” which takes about 1 hour 15mins!! The door seems to be less substantially made and doesn’t have a handle as such more a finger grab bit too pull the door open and I feel this is a weak point. I also do not find it to be any quieter than my previous model when it spins. Would I purchase this model again - probably not, I thought I had researched it quite well before buying but it’s only when you actually use it you find out all the pitfalls.
