Pleased with it so far. Best feature is the auto dosing detergent. BUT I am struggling to learn how to override it for certain cycles (bio detergent doesn't work at 60°...). There are some nice features and to my surprise I also like the WiFi connection as getting a notification it finished reminds me to sort it out (I'm usually useless at this) Only other minor niggle is the front glass is so dark you basically can't see inside. Not a big problem!

Very smart looking machine. Efficient energy use. Filters out pet and human hairs effectively which can be wiped afterwards. Pleased with product.

Great product, really easy to use and my washing is coming out cleaner than ever!

Our 3 year old washing machine gave up with a control fault. Only came with a 2 year warranty. Ordered this Samsung at a great price and with a general 5 year warranty and a 20 year warranty on the drive unit. It is a heavy robust machine but really quiet during use. Has many programmes and options. Have not used the APP connection yet until we get used to all the settings. Easy to use and really pleased with this purchase.

Fantastic machine, I particularly like the fact that there is an internal reservoir for the liquid is great.
